  1. Treatments are twice a week until your plan is complete.
  2. Each treatment lasts 25 minutes immediately followed by a 10-minute vibe plate session.
  3. The fat is flushed through the lymphatic system for the liver and colon to break down and eliminate from the body.
  4. Results are permanent as long as a healthy eating and lifestyle are maintained.

Rules to Maximize Treatments

  1. KEEP YOUR REGULAR APPOINTMENTS
    Make up missed appointments. Contour Light effects are cumulative, and the most significant results appear during the last 25% of your treatment plan.

  2. DRINK TWO GLASSES OF WATER EVERY HOUR ON DAYS OF TREATMENT
    Water hydrates fat cells so they are targeted by the light. After treatment, water flushes your lymphatic system and rids your body of fat and toxins. Hydration is key with the Light!

  3. LIMIT CAFFEINE ON DAYS OF TREATMENT

  4. EAT NOTHING TWO HOURS PRIOR AND TWO HOURS AFTER YOUR TREATMENT
    After your treatment, avoid all sugars, fats, carbohydrates, and alcohol.

  5. AVOID ALCOHOL DURING THE COURSE OF YOUR TREATMENT PLAN

  6. DO NOT APPLY LOTIONS OR CREAMS ON ANY AREAS BEING TREATED
    This includes the face.

  7. EXERCISE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED EVERY DAY
    The vibration plate will be used in office, but exercise is advised before and after your session.
